DESCRIPTION:
Sextants- 2 (Two) Heath & Co. Boxed Sextants: Heath & Co., London, 6.5 inch radius sextants, metal frames with black crinkle finish, signed brass arcs with inset silvered scales, one with micrometer drum and the other knurled thumb screw for vernier adjustment, one with index magnifier, sighting telescopes, sun shades, index and horizon glasses, wood and bakelite handles, all in finger-jointed wood boxes with labels under the lid dated 1932 and 1948.
CONDITION:
Generally good condition. Some missing parts within fitted storage boxes. Silvered scales are tarnished. Oneinstrument is missing both mirrors. Dimensions are for closed wooden box. Sold "as is ".
